Our Staff

The Metro Colon and Rectal Surgery, P.C. team is made up of highly qualified professionals with years of experience in office management and patient care. We believe a patient’s experience is only as positive as the interactions between each individual and our staff. We appreciate the relationships we build with our patients and work hard to foster an office environment that is both friendly and comfortable. Some of our helpful team members include:

Barbara – Practice Manager

A registered nurse since 1978, Barbara has spent more than 15 years working with our practice and works in many capacities in our office. Barbara is happy to address your medical and treatment-related questions, as well as provide information about our practice.

LaTisha – Surgical Scheduler/Team Leader

LaTisha is a certified medical assistant, phlebotomist, and a 2008 graduate of the Sanford Brown Institution. We are delighted that she has been a member of our staff since 2009. She is the surgical scheduler for Dr. Bennett and Dr. Makhoul here at Metro Colon and Rectal Surgery, P.C.  LaTisha is also the  team leader.  In this capacity she is responsible for the day to day operations of the office.
